May 12: The spot prices of South African standard coal hardened a bit on May 11 amidst reports of hectic deals in forward market, market sources said.
Overall sentiment remained subdued with buyers still holding their purchases even as reports suggest that Indian companies will start stocking for monsoon season soon, they added.
