After a one month gap, imports of non-coking coal via Cochin Port resumed in November 2015 with 4,000 tons, as per provisional information available with ICMW.
However, non-coking coal was not imported via the port in November 2014.
Following is the monthly break-up of non-coking coal imports via Cochin Port in 2014-15 and 2015-16:

During November, the entire imported quantity of 4,000 tons came from South Africa at a unit price of Rs 4,984 ($75) per ton.
