November 28: Strong demand was seen for G-17 grade (GCV ranging from 2,201-2,500 Kcal/Kg) coal offered during October 2014 on the e-auction platform of MSTC by CCL as the entire offered quantity of 41,000 tons got allotted during the month at a weighted average price of Rs 1,104 per ton.
However, during the previous month, this grade was not offered for allotment on this platform.
