September 27: A total of 89,400 tons of G-6 grade (GCV 5501 to 5800 Kcal/kg) of coal offered by four subsidiaries of CIL met with strong demand in August 2013 e-auctions conducted on MSTC platform as 88,700 tons of the offered quantity got allotted at a premium ranging from 0-74%.
However, in July, 71,700 tons of G-6 grade of coal was offered by three subsidiaries of CIL out of which 71,690 tons of the offered quantity got allotted at a premium ranging from 0.21-80.23%.
