February 11: Imports of pet coke via VO Chidambaranar Port (Tuticorin Port) stood at 6,500 tons during the month of January 2015, much lower than 59,551 tons imported in December 2014, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
In January 2015, the entire quantity came in from United States at a price range of Rs 6,089-Rs 6,942 ($98-$111) per ton whereas during December, 20,379 tons came in from the US at a price range of Rs 6,964-Rs 7,114 ($106-$111) per ton amongst others.
