November 23: Very strong demand was witnessed in October 2015 for G12 grade (GCV 3,701 to 4,000 Kcal/kg) coal offered by CIL subsidiaries through the e-auction platform of MSTC as out of 1,337,000 tons, 1,239,000 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,361 per ton, as per data available with ICMW.
Strong demand was witnessed in September 2015 for G12 grade coal offered by CIL subsidiaries through the e-auction platform of MSTC as out of 1,675,000 tons, 1,122,700 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,444 per ton.
Similar kind of strong demand was witnessed in August 2015 for G12 grade coal offered by CIL subsidiaries through the e-auction platform of MSTC as out of 393,600 tons, 351,400 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,235 per ton.
