Extremely poor demand was witnessed in the e-auction of G9 grade coal (GCV ranging between 4,601-4,900 Kcal/kg) on the coaljunction platform in December 2015 as out of the entire offering of 245,000 tons by CCL and WCL, only 14,400 tons were allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,827 per ton, according to data available with ICMW.
Very poor demand was witnessed in the e-auction of G9 grade coal on the coaljunction platform in November 2015 as out of the entire offering of 253,200 tons by CCL and WCL, only 9,340 tons were allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,942 per ton.
Low demand was witnessed in the e-auction of G9 grade on coaljunction in October 2015 as out of the entire offering of 301,350 tons by CCL and WCL, 136,230 tons were allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 2,449 per ton.
