1. Existing customers : Basis client's approval we are going to extend the validity of your registration from 20th Oct 2023 to 25th Nov 2023. Post which you need to simply renew your account through online renewal process with the payment of renewal fees.

2. New customers: Henceforth New customers will get validity till 30th April 2024.

3. Bidder ID Cards of Existing customers who have not renewed their account in Coaljunction portal: Please be informed that, CIL subsidiaries are being communicated to accept the existing bidder id card till 25th Nov. 2023. Post which you need to simply renew your account through online renewal process with the payment of renewal fees for receiving soft copy of bidder id card with validity till 30th April 2024.

4. Bidder ID Cards of Existing customers who renew their account in Coaljunction portal: After Online Renewal, we shall provide you a validity till 30th April 2024. You will receive a soft copy of your renewed Bidder ID card through email in due course of time.
